After that the Systems are Ready to use and will be maintained through Remote Support. If a problem is impossible to repair it will take 20 minutes to re-install the system. Because the configuration data is stored separatly All data will be present and the computer wont need configuring.

Troubleshooting any problem will not take longer then 30 minutes and can be done over lunch.
